The new, innovative lid and pan splash guard with integrated odor filter from B/R/K makes frying a real pleasure—without annoying odors or watering down the fried food.

The unique lid is designed in such a way that condensation can flow down the side of the lid and is caught in the edge of the lid. This means that nothing drips into the fat or onto the fried food, and the prepared food becomes crispy instead of watery.

After roasting, the collected water can easily be poured out, and the lid can be simply cleaned in the dishwasher (no filter).

There is an integrated odor filter in the lid, which significantly reduces roasting odor. The filter can be used several times before it should be replaced.

At the same time, the lid handle offers a stand-up function for practical and space-saving storage.
