This free shipping offer is only applicable on select items and when ALL of the following conditions are met:

  1. Total purchased items is worth P999 and up.
  2. Unit ordered is a main unit and not an accessory or spare part.
  3. Delivery location is within the major PH cities.
    • Affordable shipping charges apply for remote/extended areas.
    • We only ship using our trusted couriers: LBC, Transportify and Lite Xpress.
    • If customers wish to book their own courier, The WOW Store shall not be held liable for any loss/damage that may occur during delivery.

Disclaimers:

  1. FREE Shipping does not apply to Food and Wellness products.

In Metro Manila Areas, we deliver in 3 – 5 calendar days (except Sundays and holidays)

In Non-Metro Manila Areas, we deliver in 2 – 12 calendar days (except Sundays and holidays)

 

Our customers can also pick up their orders in our Showroom at: 1081 EDSA Balintawak, Quezon City.
Our Showroom is open Mondays-Saturdays, 8am-6pm (except holidays).

Return and Refund Policy

If you wish to return a merchandise, kindly email us at customercare@thewowstore.com.ph within seven (7) days of receipt of merchandise. Upon approval, we will send you a return authorization number and shipping instructions via email. You may return any merchandise for any of the following reasons:

  • Incorrect item shipped
  • Defective Items

The product must be in its original delivery condition and must be returned prepaid and insured for the whole purchase price. We will issue full refund less shipping cost for items that are returned in its original delivery condition. For returns with missing parts/accessories, the cost of replacement shall be charged to the customer. If the unit is damaged due to customer misuse, a restocking fee of 10% to 25% will be charged to the customer, the exact amount of which will depend on the extent of the damage.

 

Note: We reserve the right to not accept items without an authorization number.

 


 

Cancellation Policy

Please contact us at  (02) 8-361-9450 loc 847 / 209 or email us at sales@thewowstore.com.ph immediately during our regular business hours to speak with one of our sales representatives for order cancellation. The WOW Store is not responsible for charges relating to unconfirmed cancellation through email or voice messages. We will try our best to cancel your order prior to shipping. Once that package is shipped, no cancellation will be accepted.
