Order online and enjoy FREE Shipping right to your doorstep.

FREE Shipping offer is applicable on select items only and when ALL of the following conditions are met:

  1. Total purchased items is worth P999 and up.
  2. Unit ordered is a main unit and not an accessory or spare part.
  3. Delivery location is within the major PH cities.
    • Affordable shipping charges apply for remote/extended areas.
    • We only ship using our trusted couriers: LBC, Transportify, Lite Xpress & Grab Express.
    • If customers wish to book their own courier, The WOW Store shall not be held liable for any loss/damage that may occur during delivery.

Shipping costs will be determined by the weight of the items ordered and the destination address you specified in your order. The shipping cost for any order will be automatically generated after your purchase.

 


 

Shipping Lead-time and Tracking Information:

In Metro Manila Areas, we deliver in 3 – 5 business days (except Sundays and holidays)

In Non-Metro Manila Areas, we deliver in 5 – 7 business days (except Sundays and holidays)

 

Our customers can also pick up their orders in our Showroom at 1081 EDSA Balintawak, Quezon City from Mondays-Saturdays, 8:30am-5pm (except holidays).

Return and Refund Policy

If you wish to return merchandise, kindly email us at sales@thewowstore.com.ph within seven (7) days of receipt of merchandise. Upon approval, we will send you a return authorization number and shipping instructions via email. You may return merchandise for any of the following reasons:

  • Incorrect item shipped
  • Defective Items

The product must be in its original delivery condition and must be returned prepaid and insured for the whole purchase price. We will issue a full refund less shipping cost for items that are returned in its original delivery condition. For returns with missing parts/accessories, the cost of replacement shall be charged to the customer. If the unit is damaged due to customer misuse, a restocking fee of 10% to 25% will be charged to the customer, the exact amount of which will depend on the extent of the damage.

 

Note: We reserve the right to not accept items without an authorization number.

 


 

Cancellation Policy

The WOW Store is not responsible for charges relating to unconfirmed cancellation through email or voice messages. We will try our best to cancel your order prior to shipping. Once that package is shipped, no cancellation will be accepted.
